Alvaro Cerezo and the castaway Kolo Fekitoa journeyed to the Ata Island, where Kolo and 5 other boys were stranded for 15 months back in 1965. In 2020 the story made headlines again for a source of inspiration during the coronavirus lockdown. I spoke to Alvaro back in 2020 for a project and thought I'd share the story and some thoughts here.
